The founder and mentor of the group, envisioned Harshail in the year 1988. The group significantly benefits from his vast experience and the reputation he has built in the real-estate industry over a period of time. He currently is the Trustee of Builders Association of India (BAI) – a prestigious all India trade-association of builders and contractors. He is the editor of two news bulletins called as the “Indian Construction” and the “Bombay Construction” published by the Association. His awards/recognitions and representations on behalf of the builders and contractors can be viewed in our media section.
Mr. Dhruvkumar Desai Shankarbhai
Has about 15 years of executive experience in architectural and structural design and supervision of residential and commercial buildings. Mr. Apurva Desai takes care of the technical operations spanning overall execution, aesthetics, quality control and legal aspects. Over the years he has brought-in his rich experience in bringing latest elevation designs and contemporary amenities which has contributed largely in designing landmark projects for the Group. His able leadership and visionary approach has put the Group on the path of progress and growth.
Mr. Apurva Desai B.E. Civil, DBM
Is a chemical engineer by profession. However, for over 25 years now he is involved with real estate business. He takes care of acquisition of new projects for the Group, be it redevelopment of societies, land owners, or other developers. He keeps the tab on market updates and new business developments.
Mr. Pravin Desai B.E. Chemical
Is a dynamic civil engineer having more than 25 years experience in construction . He takes complete care of the construction on site, including contracting and procurement of building materials. His rich experience ensures that construction is done efficiently without compromising the quality for the Group.
Mr. Pravesh Trivedi diploma. civil
Is a graduate in commerce and has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in accounting and sales. He takes care of sales and commercial aspects of the Group including accounts and administration.
Mr. Jawahar Desai B.Com
Is a graduate in commerce and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business. He takes care of liaisoning with Government/ Revenue/MCGM Department matters. He is our in-house encyclopedia, and carries with him a mental map of suburban Mumbai.
